Privacy Policy

Watch Repair Near Me (“we”) operates a public directory of watch repair businesses. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit through claim and quote forms (name, email, phone, and message) solely to process those requests. We do not sell personal data. Listing data is compiled from publicly available business sources.

Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party wrnm_consent cookie to remember analytics and marketing choices. Consent Mode defaults are denied on every page load. Under basic consent we do not enable Google url_passthrough. The Google Tag Manager script (gtm.js) loads only after you grant analytics (marketing-only does not load GTM), and we never use a GTM noscript iframe. Withdrawing analytics clears _ga/_gid cookies; withdrawing marketing clears _gcl* cookies.

• Essential: your cookie-consent choice (wrnm_consent). A NEXT_LOCALE cookie is set only when you explicitly choose a language in the switcher or suggestion bar — never from Accept-Language alone.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager after analytics consent, under Consent Mode v2. Marketing (optional): ads-related Consent Mode keys; does not by itself load gtm.js. Rejecting or withdrawing stops virtual page views and clears the matching Google cookies.

You can reopen the banner anytime with Cookie settings in the site footer.
